Sir Broderick 40K Conversion

Franklin Tempesta, a member of the 512th Alvarian "Dawn Breakers" regiment's Conservator squad. Ogryn counts-as, 'cause really I hate the GW Ogryn models. Converted from a Sir Broderick, Justicar figurine from Reaper's Warlord line. Chopped off his hammer and [messily] dremeled off all the assorted stuff on his back. Replaced the hammer with a spear from a Reaper Dark Heaven weapon pack and a pickaxe handle from the Imperial Guard vehicle accessory sprue. Stuck a couple Imperial Guard frag grenades on his belt and a Space Marine bolter on his back.

I've seen the conversion suggestions for those guys. They look stupid as well. I just don't like abhumans; I think they're ridiculous and really stretch the ability of 40K's 'science fantasy' setting to be tongue-in-cheek.

"'cause really I hate the GW Ogryn models" You know, they make Ogre models that look much better and fit the rules way better than the cut and paste conversions you're doing.
