Warhammer Dark Elf General - Malus Darkblade conversion
This was born of two things: firstly, I needed a General, and secondly I detest the new GW Cold Ones. The conversion here consists of a new left arm and sword (the sword being removed from a Cold ONe KNight, the arm being half the original one repositioned and half a plastic one from a DE Warrior), the cloak being split and repostioned to fit on the high seat and a goatee scultped from Green Stuff to make the face different to Malus'. THe mini was then placed on an old metal Cold One. Overall, I like the look of the mini, but I'm not happy with the armour on the Cold One. At some point, it needs redoing. For anyone that's interested, my General's record is: Played 6, Won 0, Drawn 0, Lost 6. You gotta admire his consistency.
