These are resin pieces that were first painted entirely in a brown rust colour. I then spattered them with lighter brown and orange using a toothbrush to give some variation. Masking fluid was painted onto the areas where I wanted the rust to be exposed, then a yellow top coat was applied. The masking fluid was then peeled off to reveal the rusted patches. Much of the weathering was done with pastels applied with white spirit which were then blended when dry. Sculpts by Ground Zero Games. Shot on Nikon.

The top one looks like one of those stackable bins you get from the office supply store. Not that it's a problem. These look great.

Great weathering, and nice of you to explain how you painted it. The contents look like they could be detailed a little more, maybe a few more touches of some muted colours and that sort of thing.
