Yellis, Wild Elf from

Not a very good picture, still improving this. Yellis is a wild elf from the D&D Adventure "The Standing Stone". I wanted her to look camouflaged, so she was painted in basic browns and greens. I struggled with a pattern and coloring of the cloak, but I think the basic zig-zag that fades from dark green to yellow on the way up and dark brown to yellow on the way down worked out nicely.

I have to agree about the flesh, but I love the imagination you brought to this mini! The two-tone hair is a neat idea and well executed. The quiver and arrows are great and, camo or not, I absolutely LOVE the cape! It's so, so, graphic designey. Please keep on keepin' on!

vincegamer - I agree with you totally. Way too dark around the flesh areas. Thanks.

I really like this model. The costume looks really good, though I don't think it's at all camoflage. Straight lines are avoided in camo. Really like the quiver. Don't like the shading on the skin, too dark, especially where the neck meets the head.
