CrocMan
This is the CrocMan from the game "Infinity" of the Panoceanic Starter Box. His suit uses Thermo-Optical Camouflage, so it is full of emiter nodes (that blue lights) all around. Again not a well done paint job, it is intended for playing and not for showing... he looks good indeed... or something ;)
