I'm taking a break from working on the WHFB dwarfs. I managed to pick up a handful of Rackham minis on the cheap and I'd never painted anything from them. I absolutely LOVE their scuplts. Very dramatic. This guy wasn't the easiest to paint, but I really enjoyed it. Anyway... I decided to put together a Mordheim band using all Tir-Na-Bor dwarfs. This guy is my first and I'm really looking forward to flushing out the warband. I know they'll make bigger targets than GW models, but hey... they'll look fabulous while getting all shot up. =) Please vote, comment and critique. I always learn a ton from thoughts from the community here at CMON.

Hey, thanks TP! A 9 means an awful lot coming from you! =) I've actually had a couple negative comments on the rocks at the back of the base. They were tossed on last minute so I could get pics taken before a vacation flight. I had said that I wouldn't repost, but I'm starting to think that maybe I should. Thank you again for the comment!

He looks pretty good, I really like the way that base is done. It's a clever idea. Colors look good, very natural. Even the green on the shield is quite a natural copper color. The only complaint I could have is the pebbles on the back of the base, they should probably be painted, but thats picky, it doesn't really take away from the model at all.

Hey thanks, Ml3ek! =) I'm actually intending to game with him so I was battling my interest in sculpting a taller ruined column for him to perch on vs keeping him small so he doesn't get the snot shot out of him on the tabletop. Maybe I went to small. Thank you for the feedback!
