Imperial Guard standard bearer (converted)
This is a standard bearer I converted for the HQ of my Imperial Guard army. I based it on the idea of the eagle of a Roman Legion, using 40K Imperial iconography. It's a very simple conversion (using bits from the vehicle accessory sprue and maybe a plastic lance?) but I am really pleased with how it came out. Plus, no need to paint an awkward symbol on a flat surface - score!
