I think my paint job on this mini is not to bad, (After all I have only painted for about 4-5 months). However the varnish is a bit shiny, and because of that the paint may look kind of thick.
In my opinion its tabletop standart, that means at least a 5.0!
But it is not necessary to make such big pictures, in my experience its not worth it. Half of this size is good enough for us to vote. :)

I would rate this an 8 in regard of your short painting-experience - I see a lot in that. The varnish is too shiney, but yozu did well on the eyes and also tried out highlights. What I especially appreciate is the fact, you have NOT usesd yellow but ocre for paintong blonde hair. The sword might be a bit more metal and the trousers need more definition. But keep going, I see a new talent there!
