I really like what you've done here - his pale skintone and blue beard against the bright colours emphasis the idea of the cold even more! Nice use of the blue+orange combo too, and I like how you've done the snow. I think the wood in particular would benefit from a bit more highlighting, or more contrast between the bark/timber bits.
I recently bought this mini and still didn't paint it, but yours is pretty good. It's simple and has a great snow base. Great contrasting colors blue/orange
