Ser Jaime Lannister, Lord Commander of the Kingsguard

This was one of my Gen Con entries... I took the stock figure and converted him. I filed down the lion on his chest, to symbolize his distancing of Jaime from his house. The sword is the same that came with the miniature, but I had to remove the hilt (which contained his right hand). I then removed his left hand from the top of the sword, and glued it to his left arm. I made a new hilt and pommel of his sword using brass rod and milliput, and placed it in his left hand. The shield is from one of the Night's watchmen, but I filed it down smooth. I added a couple of straps to the shield using green stuff (Kneadatite putty). Finally, I had to remove the scabbard from the left side (a left handed fighter will have a hard time drawing his sword if it's on the left side) and I used the scabbard from the Hound's sprue to give him a new one on the right side. Those of you that know ASoIF will know why I made this conversion, the rest of you go read the books and forget you saw this! :)

No Such Agency
I have to say, I generally like your work, but this guy just seems off somehow. I think it's his face - the eyes seem almost "anime" in (dis)proportion which doesn't fit with the realistic anatomy of the rest of the figure. Otherwise, he seems suitably aristocratic-looking but very plain, which I assume is explained by the "fluff".
