I like this guy because he's so crazy evil-looking. His sword blade is supposed to look like some kind of high-tech black ceramic, not metal. There are a few more pics of him here. UPDATE: I made the base out of polystyrene sheet and plastic window screen, it was really easy to do - I just cut the shapes I wanted and glued them together. The rivets on the "floor" were made by carefully drilling into the plastic with a small drill bit until the opposite side bulges out but the bit does not break through.

The sword looks great. Smooth blending. Is that a skull or a mask? Or is it an Aliens kind of thing where they blend together? Did you make the base? If so, how? It's awesome.
