Like the chaplain, it is solid work. On this I like the base more though and the posing is great. I like the conversion and the wings. The cape has good highlighting though it looks a bit rough? Thick paint or just the sculpting? In future try taking photos with a pure white background, as it contrasts more with the model. Check some guides if you want extra help. Good work.
You're more likely to get comments and sugestions if you post on the forums. The majority of the pictures posted like this don't get comments unless it's a really great model, or there is something really wrong with it. Personlly, I never like real looking wings on the back of marines, and yourpicture isn't very sharp. But, I do like what I can see of the paint job and it is good table top quality.
