i love the way you painted the hair on this looks great but i agree with rocky the dress needs a little more work nice mini still

It's not bad. Some of the areas could use a little bit of work imo. For instance your paints look a little thick. If you traced or based your patern on her dress a little bit I think it would help the design look a little bit more planned too.
