Eldar Guardians & Warlock (Aryllon)

I'm pretty much a beginner and these are the first models I've painted in over 12 years. I painted maybe 20-30 models between '95 and '97 (when I was 13-15) but nothing else, ever. I've never studied Art or drawn / painted anything else. Decided last year to take up 40K again, but I'm pretty much an outright newbie! So I have very little experience but I'm in it for the painting not the gaming - any tips please let me know! I have a couple more units to follow, which I've finished since doing these.

Thx guys Any tips on painting white much appreciated! Tried a few things but quite difficult. Using blue/grey to shade - is there a better colour to use?

Love the shading on the cloak. The white on the helms are a bit stark for me, i would add highlights/lowlights on them. Love the gems, very clean and detailed.
