Ross, I'll always vote high when you add the extra detail to a figure and it works! He looks dark but from what I can see the only thing you may want to work on is the 'transitions' in paint color on his skin. Cloth and objects can be extreme, but the arms aren't as graduated. I be this min 'pops' on the table!
