I like what he's wearing and his facial expression is good. The folds on his robes are subtle, but could be worked on a bit to stick out a bit more for a look of movement. And his staff pole really needs to be smoothed out. I'd say just using a thicker metal rod so you don't have to apply putty on it. Nothing more smooth than what the factory can do to it.
