You still need to smooth your highlights and to improve your base-work (drybrush it with something that stands out.....light ocre would work fine..) At all a good paintjob.....very clean which I think is very important. Practice makes perfect.

Colour scheme is nice. A whole army of high elves painted like this would look very nice. Try for subtler transitions while highlighting.
