Good looking in an army. I agree with Hawks58, and a Matte spray. Also may want to think your paints for even layers. Fake dirt + scortched, beastial, bleached combined with static grass goes a -long- way, and its very easy to do.

Finish the base and get rid of the shine, I have a few iron warriors and when given a dull cote they look even more like iron.
