i agree with necron... the base is terrible and the joint throws down the score... i suggest to use e little PVA glue to cover rhe gap and than paint it...
Reguarding the banner, i'd out an Icon maybe in dark/light blue to remind the rider's main colors.
the rider is quite good, but i'd highlight a little more the blue with a touch of white.
the steed seems good, even if a little more shading would be better IMHO

Kind of reminds me of TRON.
You need to do something with the base. The join on the steed looks horrible. I would add something to that banner, some kind of Icon or something. Can't really see the shading on the steed due to the flash.
