This is my first post, and my first attempt at painting something seriously. Also my first attempt at NMM....I can already see areas that I would paint better now, having finished him. Onward and upward!
I'd love to hear some advice from more experienced painters! If anyone has some ideas as to what I can do to improve, I'd love the constructive criticism (a lot of the problems I had with the mini was a result of the primer I used improperly). It seems like the photo doesn't show the contrasts in the colours as much as I'd hoped, either. I've painted miniatures before as a kid, but this is the first one I've really worked on after watching How-To videos.
