I tried giving the cross a beaten metal look, experimented with the censer's smoke. This guy needed to live up to his name --and I believe I achieved that here. It was hard to frame the whole figure and keep the image within CMON's parametres --boy that cross is a long one!

Hi Calypus. for me it's worth a 9. fantastic colour choosing. great blending, extravagante symbolik on the cape. near to perfect.

Great skintones. Love the fire work on his chest. And I don't know what you did to the staff and it's effects, but I LOVE IT! It really adds to the pole itself. It's too easy to make that look real boring. I like how that smoke came out as well. There's a slight purple to it that complements the cleric as well. I too thought it was smoke at the time. The colored smoke effect just made me think a lot of ppl saw it as some spell coming out.

Great mini, but it is actually a flame, if you look closely, you can see it's bird shaped. In his background is stated that he carries around a young phoenix. Still great work on the cross!
