Looking good! I like the black-and-white, looks kind of like my chapter. Detailing is pretty good and the tabard is lovely. Your highlights are a bit harsh, you might try having an intermediate grey and darken your final highlight a little next time. Good work overall!
the cream of the tabard looks good. the edging on the armor seems extreme to me. the chain and medallion could be brighter to contrast better with the breastplate. head looks good, but i can't make out small details very well in this pic.
