Thanks for the tips SlaeNg, I picked up a drill yesterday, also wethered the weapons now, and highlighted the topnot like you said, and it looks much better.
Also done a couple of other things, like touched the eyes up and the teeth, which showed a little bit of missing white on one of the bottom teeth.

Good job for a first. A few tips: 1. get a drill for the barrel, makes it look so much better. 2. look at a few weathering/rust tutorials. It's very easy to do and make metal look very orky. 3. the topknot lacks highlights, try a relatively light grey with a black wash, should do the trick.
