The head is from a Fantasy Battle Tzeentch sorceror, the one riding the disk I believe - though I could be wrong as I bitz ordered it from GW's website.
I like the red and the head but it needs more work on the cloak and some highlighting on the red would look awesome and would score high! May i ask where the head is from looks cool!
