Eldar Farseer
This farseer is based upon the well-known original farseer miniature. I simply removed his arms and gave him a Hagun Zar (formerly Eldard Ulthran's left arm) and a psycic power (which is made of green stuff and a wire and a lot of patience;)...). He's the leader of my complete seers council - if you want to check out the other 4 pics of the council!
