Dark Elf ... Graceful Combat (collage)
Here's a kit that I've had prepped for over a year and finally came up w/ a basing idea that seemed worthy of her. I have always found this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFsteBJ7Q_I quite inspiring and wanted to do something to give the feel of a cathedral and stained glass. I found a picture frame lying about and w/ a little sculpting and some work in Photoshop to create a stained glass window, I had finally found the proper way to display my Dark Elf. She is a fantastically dynamic sculpt (1/6 scale) and was a real joy to paint and photograph.
