This is a good mini. I have seen it in person and it really is a lot better than this picture leads you to believe. CPD, why don't you try to take another pic. With a good one this mini will rate in the 6-8 range.
Paintjob looks nice, but hard to tell since the pic is a bit blurry. Looks like your camera focused on the wall instead of the figure. Try moving him away from the wall a little bit more so the camera focuses on the figure.
