I had to look really close to tell this model is actually decently painted. I like the way you painted the individual wires different colors to stand out, very nice. You obviously have some skill, just a lack of basic techniques. Try a brown or chestnut ink wash over the bronze sections, or better yet, use flesh wash to darkline around all the joints in the armor. That alone will raise your scores, because the seperation of the individual pieces give the whole model more of a 3D effect. Nice work, all I can say is keep on practicing.

Well, since you've asked for some comments, here's a few. It's actually hard to see any detail or figure out what's really there because there's so much metal. There's nothing wrong in my book with painting metals realistically, but you need to make sure you've shaded them appropriately. I like your flames, they really seem to be "flame-ish", but you've reversed the color progression; flames are one of the few funny things you have to highlight "in reverse", with the reds, representing cooler temps, up higer and the yellows, representing warm, closer to the source of combustion. The "wiring" of the armor is cleverly done; you'd expect it to be covered with color-coded insulation, as you interpreted it. Other than that, it's so shiny up top that I really have a hard time telling what's there...
