Indeed, a good tabletop standard. But the pic-quality blurs most of it away, so it's not easy to say something about it (so only a 4 as rating). Try for the next one to put the mini on a table, with some white paper as background and a light source at your back.
As it goes for the mini itself, I like how the cloth looks like. For the base, i would paint the sand. For my taste it looks to different to the rest of the mini with no paint on it.
