Hi, I can see that you are actually quite good at drybrushing.U just need to learn or apply some wash techniques on the face (flesh wash) and maybe the skull on the shoulder pad and chest. ALso give the legs and fists (the spacewolf grey part) some wash (like black or darker /fortress grey).
The hair and beard are alright.
This is a good mini, so don't waste it yah??! If possible base it...(I didn't base some of the minis before I submit too..so can't really comment lah), wait to see your re-post !
