I really like the conversion, but the paintjob is not that good... My bet is that you should really matt varnish the red to kill that gloss. Also, a smoke wash (light greyish ink) on the white areas would do wonder... Also, the details are muted in the colors. The legs and chestplates have contour designs. Paint those gold or white to draw those details out.
'Bout the paintjob: try thinning your paints some more, some shading on the white areas would help, too; some highlights on the red, and the gloss is a bit too much, try not using as much gloss varnish/red ink/whatever it is... The conversion is pretty cool, though...
