A great start, but he needs quite a bit of work before he's done. (Arms would bring the score up a few points... ;) ) Consider touching up the border of the eye with the skin color to make it look more like it's part of the figure and not painted on top. If you look at the eye, you'll notice that it's not very round and it seems to go in places that the eye isn't.
