The flash does hurt. I like the base work. The drybrushing looks like it's only two colors; it would look better if there were more shades of green between the dark and light color. Even better would be to abandon the drybrushing technique for skinwork and instead go towards a layering technique, where you bring out the highlights with thin sucessively lighter colors.
