A new shape of avatar to come

(The title of the picture was themed from a band called "the Refused" album title, "A new shape of punk to come" or something like that) Anyways, this is my 2nd model. I haven't finished it yet, and I've moved onto a squad of Wraithguard, I have a Wraithlord painted, unfortunately never got done either so, it's missing one or both arms and his shoulder gun. I paint all the parts seperately, I find painting the models RIGHT ON THE SPRUE is the best way to go as far as detail goes, clip it off carefully then repaint some of the crap that didn't get touched. Feedback welcome!

Actually, the arm was pinned on for a while. I think I left it back at my brother's place because he said that he found the rest of my Eldar stuff (I got a 15,000 point army for free.. YES FIFTEEN THOUSAND points) Too much shit I can't keep up with it. Sad thing is, I don't even play or like the Eldar, their models are cool that's a plus I guess. The Avatar, like most of my models, isn't finished. The sash needs to get finished, but it won't paint itself so, damn. The clear goop on the right arm was epoxy from where someone tried to glue it, it didn't mold right so it didn't stick too well. Peace

What's up with you people? This mini has some nice blending and is painted pretty accurately. I'd say it's above tabletop quality... So it's missing an arm, big deal... I'll give you a 6.5 for the job this far and a 7 coz i really like the blending...
