I like the pose, very dynamic and to the point. Maybe weather the blue shoulder pad, I'm not a big fan of black lining...

some further highlighting would probably get a couple more points for this paintjob. As Jenova said the blue shoulder pad is a little plain. As is the storm bolter.

I really like the face but the blue shoulder pad looks very sloppy.... maybe use some blacklining?
