definately some uninformed scoring here! Point by point; this is at least GOOD tabletop, converted, fully highlighted, the guide says '5 is tabletop quality' so this must be at least a 6! Obviously the weapon IS an Exitus rifle, which would normally be wrong for an Ork, except this is a Blood Axe Kommando, famed for their willingness to trade with humans and adopt 'sneaky' ideas like camo.
