This is nice. However, I think the glossy finish on the fabric gives him a bit of a 'plasticy' feel. I think some matte varnish would certainly bring the score up. Still a '9' by my standards.
Excelent work on the face and sword. Maybe pink the scars a bit more if they are fresh and whiten them if they are old. The gloss makes the sash not look like fabric. Gotta love the steel chin implant.
You might find that using more subdued colors will get better results on large Forgeworld style models. The bright bright red is a bit hard on the eyes. The flesh looks good though.
