I like the green bits (dress and staff) best, because they have the strongest color contrast between base, shades and highlights. The face is also nicely done, with consistent level of detail and shading - you avoid some mistakes that ruin many minis faces for me, e.g. the whites of the eyes are realistically small and the lips are not overdone in loud red, that is really helpful.
The hair, the metal ornament on the staff and the skin would benefit from stronger color variation IMHO, esp. crisper and lighter highlights.
I really like the flowers on the base; with the enlarged photograph bringing out all details in a rather brutal fashion (one of the things I hate about photographing my minis...) the rest of the base looks a bit ruffled. It might profit from some more texture and color underneath the grass, and ideally from some way to attach the grass in a more ordered, parallel way.
