Considering how small these minis are, I say good job so far. To improve, I would add more dark areas, highlights, and layers to make the blue more dynamic (it looks a little flat). I noticed that you used a different blue to paint the cloak, which is a good idea; however, and this is more personal taste than anything, I would use a blue that is either lighter or darker than the blue you used for the dress. Doing so would provide more contrast to the mini. Contrast always produces an interesting dynamic to a mini.
