These are painted to a great wargame/tabletop standard The highlight and shading is good, but not blended in the way a competition miniature would be. There could be more highlights at the top of the mini, where light would shine onto it This unit could have a focal point - the commander or one of the heavy weapon operators. Some contrasting unit markers (red patch) would make them stand out more.
