The brown wood hafts are nice. You have made a good attempt on the base gravel and grass, but the grey is too close in color to the iron. You could try a green-grey for moss instead. The armor could use more shading and contrast. You could add some bronze detail, for example the red dots on the helmet could be bronze. Did the bottom of that shield break off or is that a photo glitch? The beards especially need thin paint. As the man says, keep practicing.
