I like the paintjob, but I belive the angle and the bachkgroud are keeping you a better score.
Try using a blue to white BG and taking the pic from more angles and choose the best one. I belive if the pic showed us the other side of the mini, it would have more impact, the sword is just too much of the fig from this angle, and is not the best part of it :)

Your paint job is decent but the model it's self is a little strange. I don't think of werewovles using swords. Also the head seems a bit big for the body.
