your model looks good as far as the color pattern is concerned and you did a good job on washing and brushing effect, unfortunately i would say that these effects must be considered as intermediate painter techniques and not as a mean to mask some innacuracy, realing a good blending requires work, and a wash coating is not enough to make a model look cool...
So if i were you i would work a bit more on this fig to make the painting look more "clean and accurate" and smoothen up the contrasts ( on the blades for example ) to my mind your mini is not far from a good quality one but in the current state it is just of the average quality of what you can see on the players tables.
