Base is nice but it obscures the figure. For the most part the paint job looks accurate but the paint looks mostly unthinned and makes the figure look really gritty. Also the highlights have a chalky quality. I'm not sure about the effectiveness of the conversion. It looks like a chaos gun on a normal/good SM.
