Captain Austrailia

This was to be a NPC in a superhero campgian, but the campaign ended jsut after he was finished. I added the net, sword and crossbow to an otherwise untouched Shadowrun (if I remember correctly) figure. It's not terribly visable in the photo, but his button has a smily face on it. ...and yes, I know he needs a hat. I've been meaning to sculpt one for him for ages.

Nice job, but the net sort of looks like a lady's slip.... It's a liitle too white... Unless he likes that sort of thing.... :-)

[geek]The base mini, IIRC, is Sam Haight from the White Wolf games. Ral Partha did the minis, some of them quite good. Sam Haight was the bogieman for not just werewolves, but also vampires and mages until he went poof in a Deus ex Machina metaplot.[/geek] Nice job painting him, given some of the challenges of the sculpt.

Good eye! All told I've found exactly 3 nets in about ten of collecting. They are rarely used, but I'm always glad I have one or two in my bits box.
