I sculpted this out of greenstuff and had it cast in transparent resin by Fortress Figures. In answer to the comment below, Fortress cast it in light blue resin (several colors actually, this was the one I liked best). I inked in the ridges along the edge.

I don't believe there are plans to add it to their regular line but you should be able to special order one. Just send them an email.
