Blood Bowl Treeman
This is "Baobab Bob," the Treeman on my Halfling Blood Bowl team (which I'm still painting and is made of Eureka pygmies.) This is my most recently completed mini, and my first ever mini posted to CMON. I know, the glossy finish doesn't photograph well, but I like how he looks IRL. The hardest part of this for me was that the lower surfaces of the mini, those revealed underneath the bark, had to be lighter, showing fresh wood, rather than darker, as you'd normally do when shadowing a figures limbs (no pun intended.) Kinda bass-ackwards, but he was fun to paint.
