Kudos on posting a big enough pic for us to really see this mini! :) You've already been told about the skin, so I'd like to give you a tip for his leg wrappings. A simple thinned out brown wash would help bring out the creases and increase the appearance a hundredfold. Then you hit the high spots with white and voila! The main reason I'm giving you a six is for the eyes, which are a little hard to see, but appear to be fairly well painted. Nice job!

Yeah, my paints were a bit too thick on this guy. Part of the problem was I didn't have any of my really good paints and I was facing a deadline. The crappy paints I was using have much less pigment content than good model paints, so thinning them much more would've left too little to do much coverage at all. But I'm slowly making the investment in better paints (Citadel and Vallejo).

No Such Agency
He would really benefit from thinner paints... and fewer steroids since they're probably the cause of his man-boobs. It's kind of a neat sculpt though, with his griffon (?) catching glove.
