Foetid bloat-drone
Painted this as a change of pace from painting my crimson fists. I realize the background isn't ideal, nor the lighting probably. But I think the photo is at least relatively honest as to how it looks, if nothing else. I very much enjoyed painting this mini, and I tried some new things on it like tinting the skin with various washes and glazes (mainly druchii violet and carroburgh crimson). After a little while though I got tired of it since it just has so much stuff on it that has to be painted. And protip for this mini: sub assemblies. I glued the entire thing together, and had to take off the rotors and the guns to be able to get everywhere with the brush.
