Leman Russ conversion - command tank
Completed assembly of my Leman Russ conversion. Not sure if this is the final version yet, but I'm quite happy with the result so far. There's even a little "story" behind this conversion: This whole vehicle is meant to be a command tank with a larger turret (which I took from the Dunecrawler, obviously). The Imperial Guard is fighting some desperate battle, resources and supplies are low, and they have to take everything they can find and throw it into the battle. In this case they just took the turret straight from the production line with no time for proper painting and strapped it onto an old Leman Russ to replace losses. As I said, I'm not sure if this is the end of this project. I'm thinking of building a little diorama for the tank. And I'll probably add some mud and dirt, too. As always: Comments are welcome!
